Four anti-inflammatory pantry essentials:👇🏼

◾️Bone broth- loaded with the protein collagen, a type of protein needed to create healthy tissue found throughout your body. Think digestive tract, your skin, and in the tissues that form joints, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage.

◾️Spices- cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric - all three are considered anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-diabetic, immune-boosting, heart-protecting, and cancer-fighting properties.

...I personally like to sip on bone broth daily. You can make your own or Costco sells one that tastes delicious too.🍗

In addition, try adding these three spices to your meals regularly and begin noticing how much better you feel. 👍🏼

Our Savior, Jesus, understands our struggles.

He, firsthand, understood the temptations prowling around us. He experienced the sufferings we face here and so much more.

But, He also taught us that we too, can endure it.

Let me remind you that we are children made in the image of God.

The same God who created the stars, the oceans, the breeze, and the sweet smell of the fall season.

If you have forgotten who you belong to, He came down from His throne, and His word became flesh through His son Jesus.

Our God became flesh to take on our burdens and our sins.

Friend, let not your heart be troubled today, but instead, cast your worries to Him, for He cares for you.

Pray this today- greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world.

The God of mercy is within you.

You only need to call out to Him for help.

He is moving mountains and making ways even when we cannot see them or understand our circumstances.

But, when you walk through your sorrows or struggles, I pray you desire to run to the Father first.

Invite Him to be with you as you walk through the storm.

Let Him comfort your heart.

Let Him lift your spirit.

Let Him be the presence that fills your soul and brings you unexplainable peace.

God's presence is what allows us to endure the hard seasons we all face.

As you encounter and walk through tribulations today, take a moment to seek His presence.

Take a moment to praise and honor His goodness even amongst your struggle.

For God is holy, loving, mighty, powerful, and forever with us.

Delight in Him today, friend.
