Michelle has always been someone who has been a guiding light for me in regards to fitness and nutrition! She has the sweetest soul and is now sharing her passion and soul with the members of Live Well. Serve Well.! Those that know Michelle know that she is always striving to keep herself, her family, and her friends/clients healthy and will always continue to better herself to help the lives of others! When I joined LW.SW., I was a little nervous because my son was just starting in solids and I was looking for healthy and kid-friendly recipes…but that is exactly what I get each month from Michelle and my son LOVES the recipes! The workouts are always so killer but easy for me to modify when needed!
