Wait On The Lord
Friend, let us wait on the Lord.

There is a purpose in our waiting season.
Whether we’re waiting for a future spouse, a growing family, changes in our finances, health concerns resolved, or unanswered prayers fulfilled, there is purpose in the unknown.
Friend, God is never in a hurry and is never late.
His timing is always perfect and for our good.
While it may appear nothing is happening in our waiting season, action and transformation are happening.
God is moving, friend.
But what is our role in a season like this?
We can look to King David for encouragement and the answer in Psalm 27:13-14.
I remain confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.
While David faced uncertainty and adversaries coming after him, he encouraged himself in the One who is the stronghold of his life.
Like David, we can take heart.
Our waiting season allows us to establish deep roots with our heavenly Father. This gracious season of waiting is a gift from God that prepares our hearts and minds for what He has for us next.
Friend, let us not waste our season of waiting to grumble, complain, or live in fear but instead allow this wilderness phase to purify our hearts and refine our relationship with God.
When we depend on God, we are filled with His peace.
Today, seek Him and trust His timing more than the impulses of fear.
Wait on the Lord.
