- Add diced strawberries into the sweetened cream cheese and mix with the fork. Set aside.
- For the egg mixture, combine the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl and whisk well to combine. Set aside.
- Divide and spread the strawberry cream cheese filling onto 6 halved slices of bread. Add the remaining 6 halved slices of bread to make 6 sandwiches.
- Heat the butter over medium heat on a skillet or griddle.
- Dip the cream cheese sandwiches into the egg mixture and allow to sit for 5 seconds on each side to absorb.
- Place the cream cheese-stuffed french toast on the hot skillet.
