How to Save Money on Groceries

Create a grocery list according to your weekly meals.

Yep, that’s the big secret, friend!

Your Money-Saving Challenge

Take our money-saving challenge by following these four simple steps:

  1. Take inventory of your pantry and refrigerator items to know which ingredients you have already.
  2. Write out or type up a two-week meal plan with your family’s favorite recipes. Don’t forget to include meals that will be take-out days.
  3. Then jot down the groceries you’ll need to purchase for every meal and the amount per item so that you’ll have enough to last you the two weeks.
  4. Finally, go grocery shopping on a full tummy. This is key and will save you from spending money on unnecessary junk food.
