His Strength Brings Joy

Friend, His strength brings joy.

The Psalmist David writes in Psalm 30:5, weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.

Oh, how I love this verse.

This is a sweet reminder to all weary hearts who need to hear of His goodness and faithfulness.

Friend, this is who our God is.

He loves us enough to keep us from staying in our sorrow.

While our hearts may ache and feel overwhelmed with a season of waiting on answers, our God still brings us joy in the morning.

And a kind of joy that surpasses all understanding.

The worship song, This Is Our God, sings-

Remember that fear that took our breath away.

Faith so weak that we could barely pray.

But He heard every word, every whisper.

Friend, cling to the One who hears your faint, trembling prayers and cares to bring you joy amid your pain.

He loves and cares for us.

Our God knows what is best for us and will sustain us through all circumstances.

Even when we are weak, He is strong and does not grow wearier.

Cling to His strength today, friend.

His joy will come in the morning.
