Fall Into His Grace Today
Friend, let us fall into His grace today.
Put Jesus first.
If you are going to follow anyone, follow Him.
Choose to make Him the priority in your life.
In His greatest sermon, Jesus gave some great wisdom- “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble” (Matthew 6:33-34).
Friend, Jesus is the only thing we can pursue that does not leave us more empty.
The late Charles Spurgeon once said, “You will never know the fullness of Christ until you know the emptiness of everything but Christ”.
While the world around us screams for our attention, Jesus simply whispers to our heart.
He is not adding burdens to our lives or giving us more than we can currently hold.
When we choose to prioritize our relationship with our heavenly Father, we can face life’s uncertainties with the strength of our Savior by our side.
His holy spirit lives within us when we submit ourselves to Him and sit our burdens at His feet.
When we understand that we were not meant to carry the weight of this world but instead to rely on Jesus, we can let go of control and put our hope in Him.
Friend, I pray today your heart desires to seek first the kingdom of God.
I pray you choose to step into His obedience and realize how deeply loved and cared for you are.
Fall into His grace today.
